Dr. Elisabeth DiPietro graduated from Dartmouth College with a degree in Mathematics and then graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Medical School with honors and distinction. She completed her residency at the Boston Combined Residency in Pediatrics (Boston University/Harvard Medical School) and joined Hyde Park Pediatrics in 1999. She enjoys involvement in pediatric advocacy and public health, serving on her local Board of Health during the COVID-19 pandemic.
She continues her advocacy interest by serving as the Massachusetts Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics House of Delegates Representative to the Mass Medical Society. In dedication to supporting her fellow clinicians, she serves as the Associate Medical Director for Wellness of the PPOC (Pediatric Physicians’ Organization of Children’s) where she led the network’s recognition in the AMA’s Joy in Medicine Program.
Dr. DiPietro loves sharing her passion for medicine by teaching clinical skills to medical students at Harvard Medical School. She loved raising her two daughters with her husband in the Boston suburbs. When not in the office, you can find her hiking trails with her husband and yellow lab or rowing on the Charles.
